Once you're a client, you get a dedicated Slack channel (or your preferred tool). Submit requests anytime. We work through them one at a time, completing each before starting the next.
What's your refund policy?
No refunds, but you can pause or cancel anytime. If you're on a monthly plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We'll keep working with you until you're satisfied.
How does payment work?
Monthly or quarterly billing via Stripe. You're charged at the start of each period. You can cancel or pause the subscription at any time through the client portal or by emailing us.
Why wouldn't I just hire someone in-house?
